Which is a better medical school: UC Irvine, UCLA or Drexel University School of Medicine?

I’m a junior in High School. I plan on going to either UCLA or UC Davis to get a degree in biology for premed. Most likely UCLA.

I either want to go to UC Irvine, UCLA or Drexel University School of Medicine. I have family up in Pennsylvania where Drexel is and say that if I get into Drexel I can live with them.

Which of them would be the hardest to get into?

UCLA is the best and therefore hardest to get into, then UCI, and then Drexel. However, you have a long time to go until med school. Med school in general is very hard to get into, and if you can get into one, you may not have very much choice about where it would be located, I’m afraid.
