Is the Florida State University Medical School hard?

I am about to become a freshmen in college and would like to become a General Practitioner. I would like to know do these types of doctors get paid well and what types of facilities do they work in? I would also like to know is it a lot of hard work and if their is any other information that anyone wants to add that is helpful I would be glad.
Thank You

ANY medical school is hard, first of all. If you don’t want to work hard, you should definitely reconsider wanting to become a doctor.

General practitioners can work in hospitals, in private practices, or in clinics. Most doctors get paid pretty well, GPs don’t get paid as much as surgeons (but they’re insurance isn’t as high, either).

To be a GP you’ll have 4 years of undergrad (graduating with your Bachelor’s in whatever area you’d like), 4 years of medical school, and then 3 years of residency.
