Pot, weed, refer, ganja, hash, marijuana. It’s been called a gateway drug, a destroyer of youth, and medicine. With states fighting to legalize medical marijuana and keep the federal government from raiding crops and dispensaries, this issue has moved to the forefront of states rights. Texas does not allow medical marijuana, but two new bills have been introduced to the house for the current session that would change that. Where do you line up on this issue? We talked to people on the street, Willie Nelson, Ray Benson, Josh Schimberg of NORML, and Ron Paul to see where they line up on the issue of medical marijuana. Get involved! Modern-day man can be greedy at times. People who absolutely know NOTHING about the marvelous herb, marijuana, that lock another human being in a cage for possessing it, ARE CLEARLY NOT CIVILIZED! ARE THEY? NOT a drug, but a type of plant; the most successful of all herbs at that!

how often do you hear “yeah… another innocent family killed by a stoned driver” seriously? “stoned drivers” people who are high usually dont want to drive.. and if they do, usually drive much more careful and slowly because when your high things are more intense believe it or not. so isnt being concious about driving.

You get a Six month …
You get a Six month sentence and 2-10 grand fine for possession up to a pound. if for personal use (just an ounce or happy sack lol) you can get probation. Over a pound it’s criminal, one ton is 100 years of imprisonment.
I use it as a cheap alternative to 100 dollar pills and pill cocktails that just dont work on my condition.
Texas just happens to be the only state that will defy law for sheer sympathy. “It was either the ‘juana or my brains all over the wall.” and i bet i could walk free.

Don’t they execute people for smoking marijuana in Texas? Frankly, that is why I don’t travel in that part of the country. I live in the Northeast. We’ve heard that if police catch you with it,( especially if you’re from out of state) They’ll beat you half to death. You’re then looking at years in a State penitentiary. This particuliarly applies to any American who does not reside in Texas. Why do Texans hate other Americans so much?

Instead we worry about people putting a 95% harmless chemical in their body. Go outside and breathe your oxygen and just know that you are getting NON-stop health hazardous and carcinogen impacted chemicals that go right into your body regardless if under the miniscule scale.

If you have a problem with intoxication look at the ever-growing abuse of PRESCRIPTION (YES LEGAL) medication use. Look at the alcohol abuse intense society too, alcohol is FAR more dangerous. Marijuana does help for those who are stressed out, those people who are stressed out go and get Xanax instead and xanax is a burden to today’s younger crowd. This is a case of people wanting to be in everyone’s OWN PERSONAL LIFE AND BUSINESS.
