    ok i can see why 70% is for medical but 40% wants it legallized completely right? then that means 60% of all of USA dos not want it give it a break and let it go. americans dont want it. and the DEA is just doing what where told to do. i have been a cop for two years now, i dont go around looking for pot heads but if i get one i got to do my job as law tells me to do.

    @zooxanthus Well isn’t that funny? Everyone loves Obama, yet he’s all for federal regulation over state regulation! Don’t worry though, the new health care bill is required to give you free stuff to help you quit smoking, as long as you are under an income cutoff (because even though people have enough money to spend on to smoke we should pay for them)
    And yes, the constitution is great and all, but the way our country is socializing, I don’t think it matters very much anymore. Obama fail.

    The DEA are nothing but NAZI’s. They should be abolished. They will go into any clinics who treat chronic pain patients and threaten to pull private medical records unless the doctors agree to drug test their patients. The doctors are totally left out of the decision making. Just the administration is threatened. They are trying to criminalize disabled chronic pain patients. I know this, as it has happened to me.

    @BetterJS our forefathers also used the constitution, should we not care about that as well? The state i live in had a vote. the outcome of that vote was to legalize marijuana (not hemp). The fed, whom is paid for by the same people who voted to legalize it, came in and took away there rights as defined by the constitution. It also happens to be the same document that freed the slaves. You might not care about these things, but without the constitution there would still be slaves.

    Again, who cares what our forefathers used. Our forefathers thought slavery was fine. We have a legal source of hemp, so you can’t use “they used hemp for this or that” as an argument, since we still use hemp.

    And about myself, I was just answering your question. If you don’t believe it, whatever. And I wasn’t on any high horse. I just made fun of pot smokers for voting for Obama, who obviously doesn’t share your view of pot being alright. He’s said outright he won’t legalize it, and then this.
