What puzzles me is why you got a letter. Usually, at least in my experience, if it is an important matter, the doctor's office will call you on the phone to set up an appointment. It could be just one of those letters that we all get sometimes that orders you to open now or some such wording. If you call and find out and they ask for personal information like social security number I would be very suspicious. DON'T give them anything that they could steal your idenity with.

They may be concerned because one of your partners may have tested positive and listed you as a sex partner. Or maybe your test are not as negative as they thought. Good luck I hope your all right and I don't mean to scare you but you asked.

No clue. If there were other tests that they ran that came back positive, they would have notified you back in Mar. or Apr. when you had your other results. It’s possible they are just doing a survey for the care you received. You won’t know until you contact them.
