i have 5 yrs exp so far going on 6. why do u say ucsf pays more then ucla? i want to work for a hospital also that takes regular nurses and help them promote to administration field such as manager, director, vp, ceo etc. i want to be more on the corporate side than in the hospital. thanks for ur advice.

What is your toal years of nursing experience? If you transfer to UCLA, I think you will make more than $35. If you go to UCSF, you will make m ore money. UCSF nurses are the highest pain RNs in the nation. Good luck!

You guys probably make 20x more than what I make. I’m experienced in ER/ICU/OR/Dialysis and still make only $1.50 an hour in Turkey. You guys are lucky. If I had any chance, I’d work internationally.
