When I first received a text message that MJ passed away, I was in complete shock. Cnn didn’t confirm it just yet and I was hoping that they never would but the news finally came in that Yes Michael passed away. I was so sad and immediately started crying.
We lost an amazing soul and though I couldn’t stop crying and he and his family were on my mind for days, I made a decision to Celebrate his life and who he was as a person.
Truly the best entertainer we ever had.
Michael we will miss you but you and your music and who you are as a person will forever remain.

TO violentstuff 2– I hope you can transcend your father’s ignorant attitudes. “Nobody cares anymore” does not teach you to respect the loss of a human being”, Tell him that you care. As a police officer, he should know what NOT GUILTY means, and MJ was found not guilty anymore. Maybe he doesnt care if children lost their father, or we lost an idol, but why teach you these values? I think you should bring some of the good things MJ did to his attention. & say DAD, I CARE. Don’t let him be cold.

I was just thinking about how much his kids are hurting right now especially christmas i dont think catherine’s religous beliefs celebrate christmas I know michael LOVED christmas so his children are going to feel extra loss now . I dont know maybe they will celebrrte it this year just to ease their pain but…. I was just feeling bad for them right now. i cry everytime i see them thinking of THEIR loss

I saw the victory tour as well when i lived in jacksonville fla and i didn’t even remember my father had to remind me i went. But after he passed i started watching all the documentarys of him and watching his videos and remebered what a great talent he was an i’m sorry i got caught up in everyday life and forgot to value him.The world has lost someone very wonderful. RIP MICHAEL. I wish i could have known you.

I’m only 14, and before MJ passed away, I had only heard one of his song, and I had only heard bad stuff about MJ on tv. That’s all I knew about him. I didn’t hate him, I just didn’t know him.
And on June 26th, everyone started sharing videos like Thriller, Bille Jean etc… I became fan of his music, and I also found out MJ isn’t the man the media accused him of.
I regret not beeing a fan before =(

I saw MJ in concert for the Victory Tour. It was all of them together. I can not tell you how saddened I was when he passed.

This is awesome, thanks so much for sharing. I attended the vigil the Sunday after he passed in Detroit at the Hitsville Museum and that’s when it really hit me, when I blew the candle out. I’ve been a fan since I was 4 years old and it still hurts that he’s gone…and even now, watching this months later, I’m still bawling. Again,t hanks for sharing and thanks for sharing your amazing talent. Your “Earth Song” cover is outstanding.

u guys did mch respect to mj, i was sitting here when it came across saying it. i try to get tickets, but i cry when the funeral came on tv. it so important to me that i was very late to work. but i did not mind. mj big part of history and my life. ty for do what he did, and that change the world, and helping us smile. we love u lisa and cat.
