Hi Dr. John,

My blood pressure rises during a doctor’s visit, however, when i’m by myself and check it, it’s optimal. Anytime I go to the gym, go to the doctor or do anything social it increases. First I would like to thank you for this very awesome video! I just found out, today, that I have very hight blood pressure and will have to be on medications for the rest of my life! However, after viewing your video I think some my problems maybe cause by a curveture in my spine! This has cause years of back pain and now perhaps high blood pressure. Can I do anything to change to help correct the curveture in my back?
