What alternative energies can make the prices of food go down?

I know that if you substitute alternative energies for oil then obviously that would go down but what kinds would make it go down? The only one i know of is wind mill.

Natural gas is a major component of nitrogen based fertilizers.

  2. We shouldn’t have to worry about finding alternative energy sources for a while. Iraq just discovered a HUGE oil reserve. They now have more oil than Saudi Arabia. The article is below.
